ABSIP hereby notifies and invites you to the 2024/5 Annual General Meeting (AGM). The purpose of the meeting is for the National Executive Committee to engage the membership on matters relating to finances, operations, and governance.
Only members in good standing will be permitted to attend the meeting, and you are urged to read all documents in preparation for the AGM and confirm your attendance prior. Should you be unable to attend the meeting, kindly nominate a proxy to ensure you are represented.
NB: A member in good standing who cannot attend will be allowed to nominate a proxy to attend, speak and vote on their behalf.
